Please read these terms carefully. By using our site and services, you agree to the conditions below.
Bookings
Services are scheduled by availability. We may reschedule due to weather or safety. You can cancel up to 24 hours without fees.
- Arrival window: 30–60 minutes to account for traffic and prior jobs.
- Access: you must provide keys and safe access to water and power (where required).
- No-show: missed appointments may incur a call-out fee.
Payments
Prices are in CAD. Taxes are calculated by province (GST/HST/PST) at checkout.
- Payment due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Deposits may be required for premium or fleet services.
- Refunds are processed to the original method within 5–10 business days.
Liability
We take reasonable care of your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not removed before service.
- Delicate areas (e.g., classic trim) may be masked or omitted for safety.
- We do not remove seats, panels, or parts unless expressly agreed.
- Valuables should be removed prior to service; we are not liable for loss.
